Most delivery takes
place in 2-4 weeks. Rush service is
available. We use a variety of
carriers to obtain the best delivery prices.
Our responsibility is to get
you the chairs in good condition.
Occasionally chairs get
damaged in shipping. We take great
efforts to prevent it.
Your responsibility is to
check the chairs at delivery (while the
driver is present) and report any issues (by
writing them on the delivery ticket, then
calling us) so we can take care of them for
you. If you fail to do this, you
accept the chairs (podiums, etc) as is.
The truck company will not accept
responsibility for any damages after the
driver leaves, unless you note it on
the delivery ticket.
Do not refuse delivery
unless you find more than 50% damages.
We also need you to provide
help with unloading the truck and moving the
chairs inside. Commercial trucks do
not provide this service. Chair
Dollies are available to help move the
chairs. We suggest you order one with
any chair order of 100+.
